Skegness Damp Proofing is an introduction service. It exists to get your damp enquiry to one vetted independent local specialist quickly, without you ringing round or filling in forms that scatter your details across the industry.
How it works
This website is operated by Patrick Robinson. When you call the number on this site or send the enquiry form, your enquiry is passed to a single vetted independent damp proofing firm that covers Skegness, Ingoldmells, Chapel St Leonards and Wainfleet. That firm contacts you, inspects the property where needed, and provides its own written quote under its own name.
The operator of this site does not survey buildings, does not carry out damp proofing or timber treatment, and is not a party to any contract you enter into with the specialist. Any work you commission is agreed directly between you and the specialist firm, on that firm's terms, and consumer protection law applies to that contract in the normal way.
Why one specialist and not a panel
